Puchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation to, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
-The information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
Shipment
All goods are shipped F.O.B. or Ex-Works from GYMNEX’s place of business unless otherwise specified. Unless the Customer pays additional charges to have Primo deliver and install Goods (see “Installation” below), Goods will be shipped via an independent common carrier.
The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to shipments after leaving the point of origin, as well as recording any shortages, damages, or losses on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
A copy of such delivery receipt must be forwarded to GYMNEX’s customer service department if damage or losses are claimed. All concealed damage, or damage not apparent until Goods are unpacked and examined, must be reported to such customer service department (address or telephone number identified in Primo invoice) within 24-hours of delivery. All concealed damage claims must be made within 3-days from the delivery date.
The customer is responsible for notifying the carrier to perform an inspection of the damages on or after delivery. Packaging materials must be kept available by the Customer for inspection.
Failure to report a concealed damage claim as outlined above will affect the Customer’s ability to fully recover damages and result in the Customer assuming costs incurred for replacing or repairing the damage

Instalation
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Customer shall accept delivery of Goods curbside at its shipping address without installation and installation of Goods shall be the Customer’s sole responsibility, obligation, and expense (including unpacking, assembly and locating Goods in their final use location).
Installation shall be arranged in advance prior to shipment and shall be performed by Primo subject to a separate, additional charge not included in the price of the Goods.
If GYMNEX agrees in writing to install Goods, under no circumstances shall installation include anchoring or fastening to the floor or adjacent structures; the Customer is responsible for all anchoring.
Installations shall not include relocation, removal of existing Goods or removal of packing material off-site. Shipping and handling charges cover trucking and drop-off curbside at the Customer’s shipping address only.
The Customer shall assume all costs and expenses for delivery of Goods beyond the curb to the closest access point.
There shall be an additional charge for Goods that need to be taken upstairs or downstairs and/or disassembled and reassembled for placement in the final use location.
Customer shall assume all costs and expenses regarding transportation, storage, manpower, and waiting time for Goods delivered to the requested location, if delivery cannot be accepted for any reason

Warranty Information
All products on our website and in our catalogs are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
If you are using any of the products in an environment other than in a residential house, you must check to see if the product you are purchasing has a warranty for the environment you are going to use it in.
For example, a product with a "home use" warranty will have no warranty whatsoever, if used in a Full or Light Commercial environment.
If you are unsure as to which classification of usage you require, please ask and we will be happy to check if the chosen products are suitable.
No manufacturer's warranty covers failure of a product if caused by unreasonable or abusive use, if the customer alters the product in any way or if the customer fails to provide the reasonable and necessary care.
Warranties typically extend only to the original purchaser, and cannot be transferred. Warranties also vary from a manufacturer to manufacturer; if you require clarification of the terms for particular products, we will be happy to supply these for you, if they are not already detailed on the website.
Coupons/Voucher Codes
Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, special price, or promotion of any kind.
The company reserves the right to cancel any sale, transaction, coupon discount, special offer, special price, or promotion at any time.
Reviews
You can write a product review when you have purchased the product being reviewed from GYMNEX.
Your review must reflect your own first-hand experience. You are required to concentrate on relevant points about the product. It is acceptable to evaluate the purchased product's functionality and quality.
If your review contains non-product-related information, you may be asked to modify your review or it may be removed. The review must not include any of the following:
- Opinions on other products/brands.
- Defamatory statements or a violation of the Fitness Superstores Guidelines.
- Violent/coarse language or a sexist/racial character.
You accept and agree that GYMNEX may remove any of the above violations from the review.
You also accept and agree that Fitness Superstore may remove references to other companies and websites (including links) from the review.
Removed information is replaced with blank spaces or similar, and Fitness Superstore will not otherwise make alterations to your review.
As a main rule, GYMNEX does not remove reviews from their website.
However, some reviews are in violation of the GYMNEX Guidelines and/or applicable law, and in these cases, Fitness Superstore retains the right to remove your review.
